Meet Karen Palmer
Karen is a certified coach who partners with executives, entrepreneurs, and mid-career leaders to envision and execute a plan to build the kind of future they want.
She uses over 30 years of personal experience in corporate, nonprofit, and educational settings to help her clients increase their capacity to motivate and communicate effectively with their teams, while also achieving the goals they set for their personal development. She supports leaders in learning how to use their voices and presence constructively and respectfully to create collaborative and dynamic workplaces.
Karen knows what it’s like to feel like you’ve hit a wall (or the ceiling) at work and in life. She works with you to uncover limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns that keep you from moving forward, so you can create a vision for personal and professional success and develop the mindset and discipline to achieve it.
